The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we never sell it. No ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics profiles.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, an email address or phone number, the services you tick, and any note you add. That’s it.
When you email, call or WhatsApp us: whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
On your own device: the site remembers two small preferences in your browser’s storage: whether you’ve already seen the intro, and whether you turned the sound on. They never leave your device and you can clear them in your browser settings.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, to set up and run work you ask us for, and to keep the site secure. We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell, rent or trade your details.
Who else sees it
A small number of service providers handle data on our behalf, only to provide their service: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivering contact-form messages to our inbox). Our email, phone and WhatsApp providers process the messages you send us. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we don’t take forward are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the work and the law (for example, tax and accounting rules) require.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email hey@moreofus.in and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, loads no third-party scripts, and the contact form is checked on our server before anything is sent. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
